Well we had a great visit with Mary Jane, Jim, and Sarah in Stevensville. Mary Jane and I did two days of Scrapbooking. She also took me to two new scrapbooking stores and I found quite a few more things to add to my supplies. Rob installed the new camera and monitor for our back up system and it is working well. On Sunday we all went to the Nez Perce Big Hole battle ground. It was very interesting. We had to go over a pass to get there and guess what.......it snowed. Yuk!!! We spent two evening meals with Chris and Amy and Micah. It was great to see them too.

We left on Monday and drove to Deer Lodge where we went on a tour of the Old Montana State Prison. It was very interesting.

We then moved on to Butte . We spent the first night in the Flying J to catch up on e-mails and then moved to the Walmart for the second night. We stocked up on groceries and then went to the Orphan Girl Mine site in Butte. It was a museum of the mine head and also a villiage called Hells Gultch. The village was a collection of buildings moved to this site for a museum but the mine head was authentic. It was very interesting. We drove around the town as well. There were a lot of really old buildings that if restored would bring a lot more tourists.

It is now Wednesday and we are in Billings. We are in a Flying J just to catch up on email and then we will move to the Walmart for the night. We are off to Sheridan Wyoming in the morning to visit friends. I will post again after that visit.
